1. Course Purchases (One-Time Payments)

Refunds are NOT provided once course access is granted, except under the conditions listed below.

  • You have accessed less than 10% of the course content, AND

  • No certificate, internship access, downloadable resources, or bonus materials have been claimed

If these conditions are met, the refund will be processed after verification.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Courses where more than 10% of content has been accessed

  • Courses with issued certificates

  • Internship programs or internship-linked courses

  • Mentorship sessions, live workshops, or webinars once attended

  • Downloadable materials, templates, source code, or project files

  • Promotional, discounted, or scholarship-based enrollments

3. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time to avoid being charged for the next cycle

  • Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at Internovate’s sole discretion in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical issues preventing course access for an extended period

  • Course cancellation by Internovate
